I was looking for a cute, quick, YA rom-com. I stumbled upon this book when scrolling through Amazon and decided to give it a chance. As you tell by previous reviews I am a huge fan of reading about book lovers.
This is one of those books that I had on my wish list for literal years before I finally picked it up. The description was really interesting and I’m almost glad I waited so long. The anticipation made the payoff so much better. I thought this was a crazy good debut novel and I’m looking forward to more of Tess Sharpe’s work.
I didn't know anything about Sally Thorne or "The Hating Game" but it kept popping up all over my social media and I felt like it was a sign if I kept seeing it every where I looked.
I first learned about Hank Green and The Vlog Brothers when I was in High School. I had read a couple of John Green's books and I had discovered them on YouTube and loved every second of the content they produced. When I learned Hank had published his own book, I was so excited, and almost proud, having watched so much of their empire of content as it developed. I bought this book when it came out and left it on my shelf entirely too long. The sequel is coming out soon so I wanted to read this in preparation for my pre-order and I was not disappointed.
I've alway been a big fan of Sarah J Maas books and when she announced this one I preordered it right away!
We wanted to publish a list of the books that we were looking forward to this summer. With everything going on in the world right now and over the past few months, we firmly believe it's important to still take some time and enjoy yourself. We hope these books will help you get away for a while without ever leaving your couch.
This book appealed to me for a few reasons. I really wanted to absorb as much LGBT+ content as I could this month in celebration of Pride and when I saw that an ARC was available for this book I got excited. It’s a debut novel and was short enough that I just had to fit it in my schedule!
After reading the first book in the series and loving it, I was ecstatic to have the second book in my hands so that I could read it right away
Alex convinced me to read ‘Vampire Academy’ recently and I had to keep going after the first book. She talked them up a lot and I wanted to finish the series out. Without further ado, here’s my review of the second installment of the series.
This book was features on the Riveted Lit website for free this month. I read it when it first came out and saw this as an opportunity to give it a second chance because I didn’t absolutely love it the first time.
